Return Policy
US Domestic Customers
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase and receive a complete refund. Please note that Sarms Technology Labs does not cover the cost of return shipping.
In the event of a problem with the delivery of a domestic item caused by USPS, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement. However, if USPS marks an item as “delivered” and you are unable to locate it, we do not offer refunds.
International / Non-Domestic Customers
Due to International shipping regulations, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any product shipped outside of the USA.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, kindly contact us via email at [email protected]. We will provide you with the return address and process your refund once we receive and verify the item’s condition. Please note that items must be returned within 30 days. The customer is responsible for arranging and printing the return mailing label.

Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS Ground, USPS Priority or Priority express. USPS Priority packages typically reach destinations in 3-5 business days after shipment.
Shipments outside of the USA require 3 days extra processing time and will be shipped using the international shipping method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
