Want to contact the team behind this site? This page explains what we can help with, what to include in a message, and where to go for problems we cannot solve, such as a casino withdrawal dispute or a request for gambling support. Fact-checked: 29 September 2026.

We are an independent editorial site. We research and review casinos not on GamStop for adults in the UK. We do not run any casino, hold anyone's account or handle deposits and withdrawals.

Contact details and how to reach us

We have not published a phone number, postal address or live chat for this page, and we will not invent one. Use the contact route provided in the site footer or through the site's contact form, if one is shown to you. Treat any message that claims to be from us but comes from an unfamiliar address with caution.

We never ask for your casino password, card details, identity documents or bank information. If a message does, do not reply.

What we can help with

  • Corrections: a bonus figure, wagering rule or payment detail on our pages looks out of date or wrong.
  • Questions about our reviews: how we compared operators, or why an operator is ranked where it is.
  • Feedback: topics you would like explained, such as wagering requirements, verification checks or withdrawal limits.
  • Business or press enquiries: please say clearly who you are and what you are asking.

For background on how the site works, read About Us. Our rules for using the site are in the Terms and Conditions.

What we cannot do

We cannot resolve a dispute with a casino, recover funds, release a withheld withdrawal or reopen a closed account. We are not a regulator, and we cannot say how a specific operator will treat your case. Nor can we confirm the state of your own account.

If you have a problem with a casino

  1. Contact the casino's support first, in writing, so you have a record. Give your username, dates, amounts and transaction references.
  2. Keep screenshots of the terms and any bonus you accepted, as they were shown at the time.
  3. Use the casino's formal complaints procedure if support does not resolve it. Check its terms for the stated process and timescales.
  4. If the operator names an alternative dispute resolution body or its licensing authority, you can escalate there. Check what that route covers before relying on it.

Be realistic: sites without a UK Gambling Commission licence are not covered by the UK complaints and ADR framework in the same way, and protections depend on the operator's own licence and terms.

Writing a message that gets a useful answer

  • Give the page address you are asking about.
  • Say what you saw and what you expected instead.
  • Include a source, such as a screenshot of the operator's current terms, if you are reporting an error.
  • Keep personal details to a minimum. A first name and a reply address are enough.

Bonus terms change often, so we may need to check the operator's own terms before updating a page. We aim to correct confirmed errors, but we cannot promise a reply time.

If gambling is causing you harm

Please do not wait for an email reply from us. GamCare runs a free, confidential National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 and offers live chat. You can also read our Responsible Gambling guide for information on deposit and loss limits, self-exclusion and blocking software.

GAMSTOP is the free UK self-exclusion service covering operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. If you have registered with it, think carefully before looking at sites outside that scheme. They may not honour your exclusion, and that is a risk to weigh honestly.

A note on independence

The publisher may earn commission if you use some links on this site. Commission does not buy a ranking or change what we write about an operator's drawbacks. Contacting us does not affect this, and we do not take instructions from casinos on how they are described.

Our ranking pages cover the operators in more detail, starting with non GamStop casinos and how they compare. You must be 18 or over to gamble.
