Orders

What’s my order status? How can I track my order?

Upon placing an order, you track your shipment at:

Once your order has finished processing use your order number and the email on file.

I placed my order, but did not see an order confirmation.

Occasionally, our emails may be automatically routed to your Promotions or Spam folders. To ensure receipt of your order confirmation, please check the applicable folder. If you cannot locate it, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO/Military Addresses?

We do ship to APO/FPO/DPO or other Military Addresses. We clearly declare and label our products. We do not offer refunds for lost or confiscated packages. Complying with local regulations is your responsibility. 

How quickly will my products be shipped?

At Sarms Technology Labs, we pride ourselves on our dedication to prompt service. We ship orders 6 days a week, ensuring that your packages are dispatched within 1 business day. Our domestic deliveries typically take 3-5 business days, with the exception of any unforeseen route-specific delays.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping for US orders over $149.

Do I have to sign for my Delivery?

Only packages over $499 require signature.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do ship to any country. We clearly declare and label our products. We do not offer refunds for lost or confiscated packages. Complying with local regulations is your responsibility. 

Can I modify my order once placed?

If you need to make changes to an order that has already been submitted for processing, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Please note that changes can only be made prior to order shipment.

What if I need to make a return?

If you need to return an order that you have received, please follow the instructions on our,  Refund and Returns Policy  page

Quality and Legality

Are SARMs Legal?

Yes. SARMs are research chemicals. They are legal to purchase for research only. They are not FDA approved to treat any kind of condition. SARMs are NOT dietary or sports supplements.

Why do some of your COA's show over 100% purity?

The reference standard that 3rd party labs use to measure products against is also minimum 98% purity. In the case that our products come purer than the reference standard, a result as high as 101.9% can be seen on the test indicating a 98% reference standard and 99.9% pure sample.

How are you able to offer such competitive prices?

Our prices are based on operational costs plus a small margin that allows us to invest in the development of new products. Our leverage is volume and industry experience. We purchase materials in bulk to take advantage of economies of scale in manufacturing and quality control.
